Using VisitTrinbago
By using VisitTrinbago, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms cover our travel discovery app and public website. Contact the VisitTrinbago team at trinidadtourismlimited@gmail.com with questions.
VisitTrinbago is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age at which you can enter an agreement where you live, use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.
Travel information and availability
VisitTrinbago helps you explore places and events, plan itineraries, record visits and access AI travel assistance. Features and content may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Listings, directions, opening hours, event details and recommendations may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm important details, prices, access conditions and bookings directly with the venue or provider. Exercise your own judgement about weather, transport, access and personal safety.
Third-party bookings and purchases are agreements with the relevant provider and are subject to that provider’s terms.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security issues or violations of these terms. You can request account deletion using the app or the instructions on our account-deletion page.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit fraudulent reviews or visits, manipulate rewards, harass others, upload content that infringes another person’s rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or misuse automated tools to disrupt it.
Reviews, photos and other contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit. By sharing a review, rating, photo or other contribution, you give VisitTrinbago a non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You must have permission to submit it and to share any personal information it contains.
Reviews should reflect a real experience and remain relevant and respectful. We may remove content that violates these terms. Public contributions may be visible to other users as described in our privacy policy.
Visits, XP and rewards
Location-dependent features require appropriate device permission and may require you to be near a listed place. XP, badges and ranks are engagement features awarded under the rules shown in the app. Completing a visit and optional contributions may affect the points earned.
XP and badges have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. We may adjust reward rules or correct points affected by errors or abuse.
Ibis AI assistance
Ibis generates suggestions using AI and may use web search. Its responses can contain errors. Check material information with a reliable source and do not rely on Ibis for emergencies or professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Do not enter passwords or sensitive personal information into Ibis. Our privacy policy explains how chat information is processed.
Service content and third parties
VisitTrinbago branding, software and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Third-party content and linked websites remain subject to their owners’ terms and rights.
Responsibility and limitations
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that information will be complete, accurate or continuously available, or that every destination or activity will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party venues and services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version and date will appear on this page. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
